ILCU Inc. was incorporated in October 2005. Product and development teams are currently located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Mr. Iddo Tal, CEO

Iddo is an internet hi-tech entrepreneur and marketing expert. In 2000, Iddo founded Send2Post, a company specializing in digital printing software for corporate marketing communications. As founder and initial CEO, he was responsible for building the company’s board of directors, raising the company’s US$6 million in capital and establishing strategic relationships with prominent printers, marketing firms and manufacturers including Xeikon, Vestcom and Xerox. He opened the headquarters in New York City, the logistics operations in New Jersey and the R&D center in Israel. He also led the company’s sales efforts, successfully signing Fortune 500 clients including Bell Microproducts and American Express.

Most recently, Iddo led the Venture Capital Advisory Group at Ernst & Young Israel. He identified, mentored and “opened doors” for Israeli start-ups by leveraging Ernst & Young’s strong relationships within the financial market, and his own entrepreneurial experience, marketing knowledge and personal business connections. Iddo holds an MBA in strategic marketing and information systems from the Hebrew University. He has served as a lecturer on information systems at the Israel Open University and as a cash-flow analyst in the treasury department of Intel Israel.

Mr. Dvir Volk, VP R&D

Dvir is a veteran Web developer and senior content editor, specializing in the design and development of complex network applications in open source environments such as Linux, PHP and MySQL. Since 2003, Dvir has been developing a robust search engine through Arnevet Search. His clients include two of Israel's top five Web portals, Nana and Tapuz (owned by suny.com), which are using the engine as their core search technology. Additionally, Dvir has designed and developed numerous other Web and cellular-based applications such as an instant messaging platform for NRG, another leading Israeli Web portal, owned by Maariv.

From 2000 to 2003, Dvir served as Editor-in-Chief of Nana, one of Israel's largest Web portals, managing a team of more than 30 editors, reporters and product managers.

Mr. Shy Goldstein, Product and Creative Manager

Shy is an interactive designer and user interface expert specializing in the planning, product development and design of websites and web-based applications for mass users. During his six-year tenure at Netvision, the largest Israeli Internet service provider, Shy managed the company’s in-house design studio. He established the visual language of Netvision and acted as creative director on the company’s popular portals: Nana, the third largest Israeli content portal; Netaction, the leading Israeli online auction site; Netvision support site, a robust online help desk for end users; Web mail, a Web-mail system; Mustop, a logistical shopping platform that enables Israeli customers to shop in American online stores.
As co-founder of Update Data Ltd, one of the first interactive design firms in Israel, Shy developed strategies, websites and online advertising campaigns for prominent clients in a vast range of markets including journalism, tourism, real estate, air transport, government, culture, commerce and telecommunication. While completing his B.F.A at the Bezalel Academy of Art & Design in Jerusalem, Shy earned an exchange scholarship for excellence. He spent his third year studying at the School Of Visual Arts in New York.


Mrs. Tracy Ballard, Content Strategist/Copywriter

Tracy is a freelance writer specializing in concept generation, strategy and content development for marketing communications and large-scale website builds. Prior to managing her own business, Tracy worked at Creo (Kodak) as an editor and copywriter. While at Creo, Tracy produced, edited and managed marketing content for five unique product groups and over 20 different products. She was responsible for ensuring all marketing content produced out of the Israeli office met the company’s brand guidelines and premium standards.

As a senior copywriter at Modem Media, Tracy created concepts and content for a variety of clients including General Motors, Intel, Scotiabank, Biovail Corporation, Maritime Life and IBM.

Over the past ten years, Tracy has produced online media, email campaigns, websites, print brochures, magazine articles and technical documents targeted at the North American and European business-to-business and consumer markets. She has worked with clients from a range of industries including insurance, finance, hi-tech, automotive, telecommunications, retail, packaged goods, education and pharmaceutical.
